For people who don't know EA released the classics command and conquers as freeware. Meaning..... Red alert 1 Command and conquer Command and conquer sun and firestorm All free Having downloaded them it nice to play a old game again. Older RTS games i found are much harder then more modern ones. No idea why but i find they are. Maybe it due to the AI being unforgiving Red alert one is imo a classic worth playing even now. A good start to the red alert series. Oh i mean great start Command and conquer sun is the best out of the pack for what it gives you is loads of content. And sun comes with firestorm to Not played Command and conquer yet been busy with the others So to sum up worth looking into just to play some old classics. Anybody have these games before there freeware release ? I had a copy of red alert flying about well did have Have you played them yet and what did you think ?

All my original copies of the games work on my pc (windows 7), which answers nerd's question. Yes, I had every C&C original, arh fond memories, the many nights I wasted playing C&C 1 as a kid. The only problems I have with my original copy (as I have both the original and the Decades copies) is that the C&C1, RA 1 etc have issues with the videos. Other than that its like being a kid again.
No way Crash, its all about the Tib Sun!
