I mean this as, what are you using your iphone for?
I'm currently playing through Final Fantasy 1, seeing as I've not done that yet and feel like I should. The graphics are from the anniversary edition and the are responsive enough though you can't just hammer a single button to rush through easy battles but that's a small complaint.
Monkey island - Again an old game with updated graphics. Features a laptop track pad style control not as I thought a point and click but despite being somewhat slow at times it's responsive enough. It's also got voice acting and both updated and old school graphics which is nice to see. The hint system works well, you simply shake your phone and up pops a hint. The reason this works so well is if, like me, you get stuck and annoyed with the game you end up shaking the phone.
Plants vs. Zombies - Basically the same as the PC but with only the story mode. Worth the £2-ish they're charging but some screen slow down when lots of zombies are on screen.
Peggle - Yes, just yes.
But what is everyone else playing on there iphone?

Mmmh. I'm seeing that most people don't play games on their phones in general. I guess I'm in the minority. While it does drain the battery quite a lot it does feel better than trudging about a DS or some such incase I need to play games, browse the web or similar.
I am curious what Twitter client you all use? (Tweetdeck is the one for me, both on iphone and on my personal comupter. I like to have things in organised collums and this one works for me, though it seems to crash a fair bit on my iphone at the moment.)
